  Place the unused or lightly used products back into their original packaging, ensuring the glass or bamboo containers are secure for transit.

  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid carbon-neutral shipping label provided via email and affix it to the exterior of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse verifies the return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
